When you submit a booking enquiry we process your first and last name, email address, selected home, stay dates, number of adults and children, quote and any optional message. The hosting infrastructure may also process essential technical and security data, such as IP address, date, time and request logs.
Please do not include health information or other sensitive data in the optional message.

- Handling your availability or booking enquiry and replying to you: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Managing a confirmed booking and meeting tax or legal obligations: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
- Protecting the website from abuse and ensuring technical security: the controller’s legitimate interest.
Your data is not used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
4. How the booking enquiry is handled
The website does not store booking enquiries in its database. After the server verifies availability and the quote, the data is sent by email to info@ledimoredelcarrubo.com through Resend. The website database remains limited to availability, price settings and technical abuse-prevention data.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by providers strictly necessary to operate the website and deliver email, including the hosting provider and Resend, acting under their contractual and data-protection obligations.
