Availability shown online and the quote do not constitute a confirmed booking. The visitor submits a non-binding enquiry. The booking becomes effective only after written confirmation from the property by email. No online payment is taken when the enquiry is sent.
3. Prices, tourist tax and minimum stay
Prices are shown per home for the selected stay and include standard cleaning. The tourist tax is not included and, where applicable, is payable separately. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Additional cleaning or fresh towels during a long stay may be requested and will be charged at the price communicated before the service.
4. Payment
No deposit is required. The full balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival, using the payment method communicated in the confirmation email.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is free, with a full refund of any amount paid, up to 14 days before arrival. After that deadline, amounts paid are non-refundable unless the property agrees otherwise in writing.
6. Arrival, departure and security deposit
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00. No security deposit is required.
7. Guests aged 12 and over
To support a calm and safe stay for everyone, the property accepts guests aged 12 and over. The booking enquiry must be submitted by an adult responsible for the group.
8. Final confirmation
The confirmation email identifies the home, dates, guests, price and payment instructions. Any specific condition expressly agreed in writing for that booking takes precedence over the corresponding general provision on this page.
